Artikel ini menjelaskan analisis terhadap putusan hakim melalui penalaran hukum untuk menilai kualitas dari pertimbangan hukum yang diberikan Oleh Hakim pada Pengadilan Negeri Sigli terhadap kasus perebutan hak milik atas tanah hibah adat antara masyarakat desa Rambong sebagai Tergugat dan M bin Tgk.B sebagai Penggugat.Hukum modern dan hukum adat dapat berjalan bersama dalam sistem hukum Indonesia yang sarat dengan pluralisme dapat digambarkan dalam Putusan No. 02/Pdt.G/2014/Pn.Sgi.

Abstract
