Tulisan ini mencoba melihat beberapa pemikiran dalam menyikapi positivisme hukum yaitu melalui pendekatan hukum progresif di Indonesia, melalui pendekatan mazhab Sociological Jurisprudence, dan teori hukum pembangunan.

Abstract

This paper tries to see some thoughts in addressing legal positivism through progressive legal approach in Indonesia, through approach of Sociological Jurisprudence school, and theory of law of development.
